Most spacious parks with large fields of flowers tend to be outside of Tokyo. Fortunately for me there is one quite close to my house called “Adachi Agriculture Park.”
There is a large field of flowers by the riverside consisting mainly of tulips. They also have a small farm inside of the park. The food grown at the park is used to make the dishes at the restaurant.
Even an old building from the Edo period is preserved on site. Unfortunately, you can’t go inside the building due to repairs.
And of course, there is a play area for small kids.
So, if you are looking for a quick relaxing place to go to that is not a long drive away, why not give it a try?
