There are a couple different ways to say “ありえない” in English. But let’s just keep it simple and use “No Way!”
Say “No Way!” when you feel surprised or when you think something is unbelievable. If your friend tells you that she is pregnant, you can reply by saying, “No way!” Don’t worry, it’s not rude. You are surprised and happy!
